Preserved pineapple, anise notes.
Palate
Candied citrus, pineapple juice, round body.

Well-balanced, fresh and pleasant, with aromas repeated and nicely harmonised on the nose and palate.
Aceing
Second fermentation in the bottle, minimum ageing of 12 months in our cellars.
Gastronomy
Perfect with banana flambé, caramelized almonds.
