WINES
Castell d'Or
68% of our production comes from the mountainous and rocky parts of the various winegrowing areas in the Penedès, Conca de Barberà, Tarragona and Montsant. Here, the soil is rocky with a high mineral content and the vines have less water available to them. It is an area where the vines are subjected to harsher conditions and the yield per hectare is therefore lower. This lower grape yield results in wines with a unique structure, intensity and expressiveness. Castell d’Or brings you exclusive, highly aromatic and concentrated wines with a great personality. Our Cooperatives’ wines are available from our online shop or wine stores.

Cossetània
In the 6th century BC, the Penedès area was inhabited and farmed by an Iberian tribe known as the Cossetans. The area boasts millennia of agricultural tradition, a landscape characterised by hills, forests and, above all, a sea of vines. Vineyards can be found from the seashore up to an altitude of 500 metres, enjoying a variety of microclimates. The Cossetania wines have been recognised for their quality and unique character throughout the world.
Wines
Templer
With its rugged and wild landscape, limestone terrain and climate of great contrasts, the mountainous massif of Montsant produces wines of great character crafted from the area’s traditional grape varieties, Garnacha and Sansón. The result is fresh, concentrated wines with a well-integrated acidity and a nice balance. From the Montsant D.O.
Vins
Abadia Mediterrània i Esplugen
These wines have been made with grapes from century-old Garnacha and Cariñena (Samsó) vines growing on our estates in Bellmunt del Priorat. The various slate soils are a feature of the Priorat region, along with its dry climate, creating a Priorat D.O wine of great intensity and structure, jam-packed with flavours and aromas.

Sol de Nit
Sol de Nit (Sun of Night) refers to that magical moment when dawn breaks, when the night is gradually fading away and the sunlight is beginning to tinge the horizon. We sit enjoying this enchanted darkness in good company.
