A lovely vibrant acidity on the palate, complemented by a pleasant balance and elegance. Fruity finish, with a touch of apple and pear, and a hint of citrus.
Fresh, pleasant and very well-balanced with fine, well-structured bubbles.
Second fermentation in the bottle, minimum ageing of 14 months in our cellars.
Perfect as an aperitif at any time, this cava is also great with all types of fish, seafood, white and red meats, sauce dishes, etc. Excellent as an accompaniment to a whole meal.
