Appearance
Light salmon with a mousse of fine bubbles.
Nose
Geranium, grapefruit and red plums.
Palate
Blood orange, peach jam. Round on the palate.
Food pairings
Fresh, pleasant, well-balanced, good structure with lovely smooth bubbles. Pleasant and flavoursome finish, where the aromas from the nose and palate come through again and blend together.
Aceing
Second fermentation in the bottle, minimum ageing of 12 months in our Vila-rodona cellars.
Gastronomy
Ideal with Roquefort and other blue cheeses or an assortment of patés.

6-8 ºC
