Nose
Bouquet created by the long ageing process with a floral backdrop.
Palate
Well-balanced, smooth, delicate, well-structured on the palate, and of great complexity.

Pleasant and very well-balanced with fine, well-structured bubbles.
Aceing
Second fermentation in the bottle. This wine requires a minimum of 36 months of ageing to develop its full potential and become a GRAN RESERVA CAVA.
Gastronomy
Perfect as an aperitif at any time, this cava is also great with all types of fish, seafood, white and red meats, sauce dishes, etc. Excellent as an accompaniment to a whole meal.
