Appearance
Bright, light pink.

Strawberry, nectarine, candy notes.
Palate
Acidity well balanced with the fruitiness creating a sweet-sour sensation of candies
Food pairings
Fresh, pleasant, well-balanced, good structure with very smooth bubbles. Pleasant and flavoursome finish, where the aromas from the nose and palate come through again and blend together.
Aceing
Second fermentation in the bottle, minimum ageing of 12 months in our cellars.
Gastronomy
Perfect with Thai food, beef carpaccio, panettone.
