Cava’s Sangria Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 lemon
- 1 orange
- 1/2 apple
- 1 slice of pineapple
- 3 strawberries
- 6 grapes
- 30 g of sugar
- Juice of 2 oranges
- 50 ml of brandy
- 50 ml of orange liqueur
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 700 ml of Cava Castell d’Or Brut.

Sangria’s Cava is a refreshing and elegant variation of this classic summer beverage. With a base of cava, this recipe brings a new dimension of sophistication and freshness to its presentation.
Preparation
- Cut the lemon, orange, apple, and pineapple slice into chunks or slices.
- Cut the strawberries in half and seed the grapes.
- Place the cut fruits in a large pitcher.
- Add the sugar and stir lightly to coat the fruits. Incorporate the juice of the two oranges, brandy, orange liqueur, and cinnamon sticks into the pitcher.
- Stir to combine the ingredients well.
- Let the mixture macerate in the fridge for at least 1 hour so the fruits can absorb the flavors.
- Before serving, add the Cava Castell d’Or Brut to the pitcher and stir gently.
- Add plenty of ice to the sangria and stir again.
- Serve the sangria in glasses filled with ice and with some of the fruits as garnish.
