Aromas of very ripe fruit, deep, complex fragrances and toasted notes.
Palate
Esplugen was born in the Bellmunt del Priorat estates, where the slate soil and low rainfall endow this wine with great intensity and a structure full of flavours and aromas.
Food pairings
A wine of great structure and concentration and a long, pleasant finish, obtained from hand-selected grapes and very careful fermentation. Aged in French oak barrels for 10 months.

This is a wine which, thanks to its qualities, promises to age well in the bottle
