Cava Mojito Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 15 ml of white rum.
  • 15 ml of lime, cut into small pieces.
  • 6 mint leaves. Approximately 5 ml of sugar.
  • Ice cubes 90 ml of Brut Cabaret Cava.

The Cava Mojito is a fascinating variation of a summer classic that brings an effervescent and festive dimension to this refreshing drink. The fusion of the fresh aroma of mint, the tanginess of lime, and the effervescence of Cava Cabaret Brut Rosé  creates a unique tasting experience.

 

 

Preparation

  • In a glass, muddle the mint leaves and lime with the sugar to release the flavors.
  • Add the ice cubes and rum to the glass. Stir all the ingredients well.
  • Top up with Cava Cabaret Brut Rosé.
  • Garnish with a mint leaf and a lime slice.
  • Serve immediately.
