Ingredients
- 45 ml of gin 15 ml of simple syrup (sugar syrup).
- 15 ml of lemon juice.
- Chilled Cabaret Brut Nature Cava.
- Ice cubes Twist of lemon peel (for garnish).
This cocktail is elegant, classic, and perfect for special celebrations or simply enjoying a sophisticated sip at any time.
Preparation
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, simple syrup, and lemon juice.
- Add a few ice cubes to the shaker and shake well for about 15-20 seconds to combine the ingredients and chill the mixture.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Top up the glass with Cabaret Brut Nature Cava, pouring approximately 90 ml.
- Gently stir to integrate the ingredients. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
