Exceptional quality thanks to high-altitude vineyards
Some of Castell d’Or’s Vineyards are located in Mountainous Terrain at elevations between 350 and 600 meters, producing grapes of exceptional quality.
The higher-altitude vineyards benefit from increased sunlight and cooler temperatures, which promote the slow ripening of the grapes and lead to a better balance between acidity and sugars. This results in wines that are more complex and elegant.
