Castell d’Or strengthens its commitment to internationalization by participating in three of the most important professional trade fairs in the wine and spirits sector in Asia: ProWine Tokyo, ProWein Singapore, and Vinexpo Hong Kong.
- The first event will be ProWine Tokyo, which will take place from April 15 to 17, 2026, at Tokyo Big Sight. This trade fair, part of the international ProWein network, has established itself as a strategic gateway to the Japanese market, one of the most dynamic and with the greatest growth potential for European wines. The event, exclusively for professionals, brings together importers, distributors, sommeliers, and hospitality managers, and its latest edition welcomed more than 56,000 visitors and nearly 200 exhibitors.
- Subsequently, Castell d’Or will participate in ProWein Singapore, from April 21 to 24, 2026, at Singapore Expo, considered the benchmark platform for Southeast Asia. This fair is part of ProWein World and is held jointly with FHA Food & Beverage, which expands business and networking opportunities with professionals across the entire value chain. Its latest edition gathered more than 200 exhibitors from 27 countries and nearly 15,000 trade visitors, consolidating its role as a key access point to a growing and high purchasing power market.
- Finally, Castell d’Or will also be present at Vinexpo Hong Kong, which will take place from May 26 to 28, 2026. Vinexpo Asia is considered one of the most important trade fairs in the Asia-Pacific region and a strategic hub to connect with markets such as China, Japan, and South Korea. With a solid track record since 1998, this fair brings together thousands of international professionals and offers a key platform for the global promotion of wines and spirits.
With this continued presence in Asia, Castell d’Or reaffirms its commitment to international expansion and the consolidation of its brands in strategic markets, taking advantage of the strong growth potential and increasing demand for quality wines in the region.
A commitment to internationalization
With a well-established presence in the Spanish market and international recognition in Asia—such as the two gold medals obtained at the SAKURA Japan Women’s Wine Award, the most prestigious wine competition in Asia and a key trendsetter in the Japanese market—
Castell d’Or is betting on the Asian market as a way to continue growing. “Participating in trade fairs such as ProWine Tokyo, ProWein Singapore, and Vinexpo Hong Kong is much more than showcasing products: it is about building strategic partnerships, gaining first-hand insight into Asian market trends, and strengthening the positioning of our cavas and wines in an increasingly competitive environment,” says Jordi Amell, CEO of Castell d’Or.
At these international events, Castell d’Or will present a representative selection of its portfolio, with special emphasis on the cavas and wines from its cooperatives, highlighting their origin, quality, and cooperative model. The goal is to expand its distribution network in Asia and strengthen relationships with key importers, distributors, and opinion leaders in the region.
