From May 16 to 18, Castell d’Or proudly took part in the first edition of Vinàriament Barcelona, held at the iconic Poble Espanyol. This brand-new wine festival, organized by Vadevi and Pleisure, proved to be a great success, attracting dozens of wine lovers to an event filled with energy, quality, and local flavor.
Throughout the weekend, live music, top-tier local gastronomy, and some of the finest Catalan wines came together to create a unique and immersive experience. Castell d’Or presented a selection of its most celebrated wines, winners of seven medals at the 2024 Vinari Awards, which were warmly received by both connoisseurs and curious newcomers.
Glasses kept clinking as guests enjoyed the beats of DJ Marian and the signature dishes of Michelin-starred chef Fran López, from Villa Retiro. Guided tastings and pairings led by professional sommelier Ramon Roset offered participants a deeper understanding of the region’s winemaking excellence.
Alongside wineries like Domenys, Coca i Fitó, Vives Ambrós, Maset, Giró Ribot, and Vallformosa, Castell d’Or reaffirmed its commitment to quality, tradition, and sharing the joy of wine. Vinàriament Barcelona has made a strong debut — and Castell d’Or was there from the very first toast.
