The Group kicks off the promotion of its brand and products at trade fairs around the world in 2023.

Vila-rodona, 18 January 2023. Castell d’Or will again be exhibiting at Barcelona Wine Week, taking place this year from 6 to 8 February in Hall 8 of the Montjuic exhibition centre at the Feria de Barcelona. The venue is hosting the Barcelona Wine Week for the third time following on from the success of the first two editions. It will once again bring together Spain’s largest wine offer (with the participation of over 600 wineries) in order to attract a large number of Spanish and international visitors.

Castell d’Or will be presenting its range and revealing the latest developments to its image and brands on booth C236 in Hall 8. According to Castell d’Or’s CEO, Jordi Amell, “BWW is a unique global platform to showcase the quality and personality of our products to the trade, and consequently, to consumers“. He goes on to say, “we wish to showcase some of the products we have recently developed and present them to members of the wine trade“.

With Barcelona Wine Week, Castell d’Or is kicking off this year’s promotional activities at various top-level wine fairs. The Group is demonstrating its commitment and investment in international promotion with activities planned throughout the year. Various trade missions to trade fairs and shows around the world will be undertaken to promote an indigenous product to distributors, importers, various retailers and the on-trade.

Barcelona Wine Week will provide business leads, open up new markets and facilitate networking among industry professionals. The show programme will include conferences and round tables on trends and hot topics such as sustainability, innovation and digitalisation. Subjects discussed will include the management of vineyard soils in light of climate change, the advantages of eco-design, new ways of reusing bottles, the digital transformation of viticulture, the protection of old Spanish vines and how to better communicate about Spanish wine.

In this next edition, BWW will also be focusing on building on the synergies between wine and haute cuisine, an excellent ambassador for the Spanish food industry abroad.
