Castell d’Or unveils novelties at the fourth edition of BWW

Castell d’Or will once again be present at the Barcelona Wine Week, which will take place from February 5 to 7, 2024, at the Montjuic Venue of the Barcelona Fair. Specifically, the group will have booth 168C, located in Pavilion 8 of Montjuic Venue 1. The fourth edition of Barcelona Wine is a must-attend event where the best wineries in the country, and record-breaking participation is expected.

Castell d’Or will be present once again, showcasing new presentations and high-quality wine proposals. Jordi Amell, CEO of the Group, emphasized the importance of participating in this prominent fair. According to him, “We need to be present at this event. It allows us to present our high-level proposal to relevant and prestigious professionals.”  “In addition, the topics rised in the event help us not only stay informed about the latest developments in the sector but also acquire new tools for our strategies and tackle emerging challenges,” added Mr Amell.

This edition is expected to have a high level of participation, as indicated by the organizers. A total of 850 wineries will establish commercial contacts with over 20,000 professional visitors. BWW promotes the revitalization and internationalization of the sector.

With Barcelona Wine Week, Castell d’Or kicks off its promotional activities at various top-level fairs. It continues with its strong commitment to international promotion planned for 2024: different commercial missions will be carried out at trade shows and specialized fairs worldwide to introduce its native products to distributors, importing companies, multiple retailers, and the hospitality industry.

Castell d’Or, the union of 16 wineries

Castell d’Or was born in 2005 from the union of different wineries in various wine-producing areas such as Penedès, Conca de Barberà, Priorat, Tarragona and Montsant. At this point, a total of 16 wineries are part of one of the most representative groups in Catalonia. They aim to combine their efforts and knowledge in the production, elaboration, packaging, and distribution of wines, cava, and oils, raising the standard of quality for their products to gain recognition and prestige worldwide for their brands.
