The cooperative group uses this event as the starting point for promoting its brand and products at specialized trade fairs around the world.
Castell d’Or will once again be present at the Barcelona Wine Week (BWW), taking place from February 3 to 5, 2025, at the Montjuïc Exhibition Center in Barcelona. Castell d’Or’s commercial representatives will be available to present the latest vintages ready for market launch, including the Castell d’Or wine range with its various denominations. The group’s stand will be located at Pavilion 8, Level 0, Street E, Stand 152.
With its participation in the Barcelona Wine Week, Castell d’Or kicks off an ambitious international promotional plan for 2025. This plan includes trade missions and participation in trade shows and specialized fairs worldwide, aiming to introduce its products to distributors, import companies, retail chains, and the hospitality sector.
At the Barcelona Wine Week, Castell d’Or will showcase initiatives that reinforce its commitment to quality, sustainability, and the region. One of the highlights is the complete renewal of its Cossetània wine and cava range, a line inspired by the ancestral essence of the Iberian settlement that gives the brand its name. Featuring a more elegant, sophisticated, and understated design, the new labels emphasize their connection to the land and nature, paying tribute to the values that have defined Castell d’Or over the years. This transformation, beyond the visual redesign, also strengthens the brand’s commitment to 100% organic cava production, consolidating its focus on sustainability and respect for the territory.
Additionally, Castell d’Or will take advantage of the fair to introduce two new wines that expand its flagship Castell d’Or range and highlight the richness of Catalan viticulture:
-
Castell d’Or Macabeo White Wine (DO Tarragona): fresh and floral, with a subtle aromatic expression that stands out for its elegance.
-
Castell d’Or Parellada White Wine (DO Catalunya): an aromatic and refined varietal wine, with citrus notes, ripe white fruit, and a delicate hint of aniseed.
These new additions join the already extensive range of Castell d’Or wines and cavas, consolidating its position as a benchmark in the Catalan wine sector.
As a novelty, the Barcelona Wine Week will expand its exhibition area to occupy two pavilions at the Montjuïc Exhibition Center, reaching approximately 9,000 m² of exhibition space—24% more than this year’s edition. This expansion will allow for nearly 1,100 exhibitors, including a wide range of wineries and over 75 designations of origin and quality seals, to showcase their best wines and establish commercial contacts with the thousands of professional visitors attending the event.
