French 75 Cava Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 45 ml of gin 15 ml of simple syrup (sugar syrup).
  • 15 ml of lemon juice.
  • Chilled Cabaret Brut Nature Cava.
  • Ice cubes Twist of lemon peel (for garnish).

This cocktail is elegant, classic, and perfect for special celebrations or simply enjoying a sophisticated sip at any time.

Preparation

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, simple syrup, and lemon juice.
  • Add a few ice cubes to the shaker and shake well for about 15-20 seconds to combine the ingredients and chill the mixture.
  • Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
  • Top up the glass with Cabaret Brut Nature Cava, pouring approximately 90 ml.
  • Gently stir to integrate the ingredients. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
  • Lightly squeeze over the cocktail to release the citrus oils. Serve immediately and enjoy your French 75 cocktail with cava!
