More than 450 professionals from the restaurant and hotel industry, partner companies, institutions and representatives from across the region will come together for an evening combining gastronomy, music, awards and celebration.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Among the evening\u2019s key participants will be <strong>Castell d\u2019Or<\/strong>, which is reinforcing its commitment to the restaurant industry and to promoting local wines as <strong>sponsor of the awards for the best wine lists featuring the 8 Designations of Origin (DOs) in the province of Tarragona<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The Catalan winery group will thus play an active role in an initiative that highlights establishments committed to the diversity and quality of the region\u2019s wines and that help showcase local wines through their wine lists.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>Castell d\u2019Or, supporting the restaurant industry and local wines<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">As part of the 49th AEHT Annual Dinner, Castell d\u2019Or will once again support establishments that choose to include <strong>wines from the eight Designations of Origin in the province<\/strong> on their wine lists.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Now in its second edition, the competition recognises establishments that work to showcase the richness and diversity of the region\u2019s wine culture. This commitment is closely aligned with Castell d\u2019Or\u2019s philosophy: <strong>promoting wine, the region and the work of all the people behind every bottle.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The awards will recognise <strong>the two best establishments in each category according to average spend per customer<\/strong> \u2014 up to \u20ac40 and \u20ac41 or more.
