The quality of the grapes reaches optimal levels, with excellent acidity and alcohol content<\/strong><\/p>\n

The cooperatives that are part of the Castell d\u2019Or and CEVIPE<\/a> groups conclude the 2024 harvest, which began in mid-August. Despite this year\u2019s harvest being slightly better than last year’s, adverse conditions marked by drought have reduced the grape volume compared to the pre-2021 harvests. The 20 towns that Cevipe and Castell d\u2019Or encompass in their cooperative project have all seen a decrease in grape quantity, ranging between 35% and 40% compared to previous years.<\/p>\n

Despite these challenging conditions, the farmers have managed to maintain the fruit quality at optimal levels, with excellent acidity and alcohol content. The Castell d\u2019Or group anticipates that it will be able to maintain the quality of its wine offerings.<\/p>\n

Castell d\u2019Or and Cevipe want to highlight the efforts of all the farmers who take care of the vines and protect the vineyard in order to face future harvests. With the goal of adapting to a new climatic scenario, the group reaffirms its commitment to sustainability, origin, and excellence, and will continue working to implement measures that enhance these values in the future.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
