The products offered on this page are intended for consumption, so the sales contract<\/strong> is concluded at the moment when the client gives explicit confirmation of their order. The current contract is entered into within the legal framework established for Electronic Commerce<\/strong> by Law 34\/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce<\/strong>, taking into account Law 7\/1996<\/strong> of January 15th on Retail Trade Regulation<\/strong>, Law 7\/1998<\/strong> of April 13th on General Contracting Conditions<\/strong>, Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007<\/strong> of November 16th, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users<\/strong>, and Law 3\/2014<\/strong> of March 27th. The contracting conditions<\/strong> are as follows:<\/p>

Product Features.<\/strong> The features of the products offered on this site appear on the screen alongside their visual identification.<\/p>

Prices.<\/strong> The prices in effect at the time of order placement as listed on the website will apply. The price of the products is detailed next to each one. VAT is included and is later itemized during the purchase process.<\/p>

Languages in which the order can be placed:<\/strong> Spanish, English, and Catalan.<\/p>

Shipping:<\/strong> Exclusively to the Iberian Peninsula. Shipping to the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands is not available.<\/strong><\/p>

Steps to place orders.<\/strong> You must select the items you are interested in by indicating the number of units and clicking the “add to cart” button to add them to your shopping cart. At any time, you can view the content of your shopping cart, where you will see the selected items, their price, taxes, and shipping costs. From this same window, before submitting the order, you can correct, change, or cancel the selected products.<\/p>

When you have finished selecting products, click on the “cart” option and “next.” If you are registered as a user, you will need to provide your credentials; otherwise, you must provide your email address and create an account with your personal information. Once the user data is validated, the delivery address will be confirmed, and the shipping method will be chosen.<\/p>

Subsequently, it will be necessary to accept the Purchase Conditions<\/strong> by checking an acceptance box. As a final step, you must choose the payment method and will be redirected to the payment gateway<\/strong>. Once the process is completed, you will receive confirmation of the purchase made.<\/p>

Order Tracking.<\/strong> Once the order is placed, it will be archived so that it can be accessed online until it has been delivered.<\/p>

Order Receipt Confirmation.<\/strong> Each time the company receives an order, a confirmation email<\/strong> will be sent within 24 hours<\/strong> of receipt, except if received on holidays or weekends, in which case the confirmation will be sent on the next business day following receipt.<\/p>
