- Cavas: DO CAVA
Castell D’Or is certified for its Food Safety Management System under the Standard FSSC 22000 by AENOR, for the activity of:
- Coupage and bottling of still wines in Bag in box packaging
- Coupage, aging and bottling of still wines in glass packaging
- Manufacture, aging and bottling of sparkling wines through traditional methods (CAVA)
Castell D’Or is certified for organic production of some products, inscribed with the operator number CT 005730 E, in the CCPAE (Catalan Council of Organic Production), for the manufacture and/or bottling of wines, cavas and sparkling wines.
We have the V-Label certificate in the category of vegan products, for certain products, from the UNIÓN VEGETARIANA ESPAÑOLA (Spanish Vegetarian Union).
